IDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role offers support to the Category Management team in executing digital activations and events on the Marketplace, focusing on execution and coordination to ensure timely and accurate launches that drive growth.
Position Overview for the Marketing Coordinator:
- Supporting the Category Management team with digital event planning and execution
- Preparing materials, updating tracking systems, and managing deadlines
- Conducting quality reviews during activations and supporting post-event recaps
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support marketplace growth
- Maintaining accurate activation details across internal systems
Requirements for the Marketing Coordinator:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing, including internships
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus
