The Phoenix is seeking a highly organized marketing coordinator to support day-to-day execution across a variety of marketing and communications initiatives. This role will provide flexible operational and creative support across multiple workstreams and teams.The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing a wide range of marketing support tasks simultaneously. This person does not need specialized experience in strategy, but should be capable of producing strong first drafts, coordinating projects, managing requests, and moving work forward efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple teams and initiativesCoordinate incoming requests related to events, partnerships, collateral, toolkits, marketing assets, and related needsDevelop first drafts of marketing copy, toolkits, presentations, and support materialsAdapt and work within existing design templates and brand systemsAssist with project coordination, timelines, and communication between stakeholdersHelp organize and package marketing materials for internal and external useSupport miscellaneous marketing and communications needs as priorities shiftQualifications2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or related roles (internships count!)Strong organizational and time management skillsComfort managing overlapping priorities and requestsExperience working within brand templates and lightweight creative systems (i.e., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, PPT/Slides/Keynote)Strong written communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving environmentsPreferencesLived experience as a peer in recoveryExperience supporting nonprofit, community, events, or mission-driven organizationsFamiliarity with marketing asset coordination and cross-functional project supportContent capture and/or social media skills/experienceCompensation and HoursThis is a part‑time role (25 hours per week) with an hourly range of $26.25 - $28.27. Most offers fall below the top of the range and are based on a variety of factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity among the team, and market indicators.This is a term‑limited role with possibility of extension.
