Our marketing team is small, highly collaborative and central to how the firm pursues and wins work.PositionLocation: Boston, MAJob Id: MACO626# of Openings: 1What You'll DoSupport proposal and interview production: layout, editing, proofreading and submissionWrite and update project descriptions, resumes and boilerplate contentAssist with design award assembly, editing and submissionMaintain and update website content, project pages and publication recordsTrack conference deadlines, edit abstracts and support presentation developmentMaintain digital asset management systems and project databasesSupport print production, exhibit coordination and industry survey researchWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience (internships and co-ops count)Background in Business, Communications, Marketing, Design and/or HumanitiesHighly organized, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesAbility to quickly adopt our processes in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and task management / database management softwareGood design sense and ability to work within brand standardsStrong writing, editing and proofreading skillsGenuine curiosity about architecture, design and the built environmentWillingness to learn new tools and processes as the team evolvesAbility to produce work both independently and with large and small groupsPAYETTE is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
