Marketing Coordinator, Brand DevelopmentAbout The PositionCampaign Coordination & ExecutionSupport development and execution of monthly marketing plans aligned with Better Homes & Gardens priority products and Walmart marketing calendarCoordinate digital, social, newsletter, commerce and print marketing deliverables across internal teamsAssist with trafficking creative assets, timelines and approvals for marketing campaignsSupport Walmart Connect and paid media initiatives through campaign setup, asset organization and reporting coordinationCollaborate with Creative Services and editorial teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on scheduleMaintain campaign calendars, project trackers and marketing documentationReporting & Administrative SupportAssist with monthly marketing reporting and recap materials for internal and client-facing useCompile campaign performance metrics across print, digital, social and commerce initiativesMaintain spreadsheets and reporting dashboards to track marketing activity and campaign deliverySupport organization of presentations, marketing recaps and status updatesConduct quality assurance reviews for newsletters, social posts and marketing contentCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams like revenue operations, research & insights, account strategy and production teams to support campaign executionCoordinate communication between stakeholders to ensure projects remain on trackSupport ongoing process improvements and documentation for marketing operationsParticipate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussionsHybrid 3x a week (Des Moines, Iowa)In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.About The Team | Brand DevelopmentThe Brand Development department supports licensing functions across People Inc.'s brands.
