Marketing Coordinator

A growing healthcare organization in Brooklyn is seeking a Part Time Marketing Coordinator to join its team. This position is ideal for a creative and motivated individual with a natural talent for marketing who can bring fresh ideas and help support the organization’s marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that promote the organization’s services. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic aspects of marketing and is comfortable working on a variety of projects, from campaign planning to content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote services and programs.
• Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Support branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative marketing ideas and initiatives.
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement.
• Help organize and support promotional events, outreach activities, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus but not required.
