The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer with social media and client communications experience. This is a part‑time position working 20 hours per week, with three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.The Marketing Manager is responsible for digital and print communication with the 900+ members of the Construction Exchange, a trade association serving the local construction industry.Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:Managing vendors and writers, while overseeing design, layout and production for the twice per year Building Western New York magazinePromoting the Building Western New York magazine to members and article contributorsWorking with advertisers to ensure ads meet design specificationsResearching and compiling information, writing, and creating the weekly digital newsletter to association members and the construction communityManaging association social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling, and monitoring performanceCoordinating and overseeing print mailings to the association membershipCompiling and reporting on data related to member engagement and effectiveness of communicationsDeveloping and executing a strategy to maximize effectiveness of membership communicationQualifications:2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content-focused rolesStrong writing and editing skills for social, email, print, and digital communicationsHands‑on experience managing social media accounts for an organization or brandStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesComfort coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholdersBasic understanding of email and social performance metricsAbility to work independently in a part-time, self-directed role#J-18808-Ljbffr
