Marketing Coordinator

Enablement Support

• Execute enablement tasks assigned via Monday.com request boards, ensuring compliance with timelines and processes

• Create, update, and distribute sales enablement materials (presentations, product documents, brochures, one-pagers, videos) using approved content

• Maintain distributor- and customer-facing materials within SharePoint libraries

• Assemble and distribute sales collateral such as sample decks, printed catalogs, banners, tablecloths, and event materials

• Support internal marketing infrastructure by maintaining updated tools, templates, and resources for Sales and internal teams

• Contribute to standardizing regional LATAM presentations following frameworks provided by Marketing Communications

Operational Execution

• Manage daily intake of marketing requests in Monday.com, ensuring correct routing, tagging, prioritization, and status updates

• Maintain assigned Monday.com boards, including reporting fields and timelines

• Assist with Publication Board workflows, including approvals, version control, and compliance

• Support NPI campaigns by preparing required assets, documentation, and internal communications

• Maintain MyAMMEGA SharePoint by posting updates, organizing folders, and ensuring accurate categorization

• Execute pick-and-ship processes for literature and stock items in coordination with marketing operations workflows.

• Develop and manage sales training videos and enablement materials.

Systems & Integrations Support

• Ensure metadata accuracy across SharePoint filing systems

• Upload assets with correct tagging and documentation

• Support Monday.com workflow enhancements by testing new features and maintaining standardized tagging rules

• Assist with SharePoint self-enablement initiatives, helping internal teams navigate and utilize available resources

Vendor Coordination

• Work with approved vendors to obtain quotes, manage timelines, and coordinate delivery of marketing materials

• Ensure vendor-provided assets meet AMMEGA quality, branding, and compliance requirements

• Coordinate outsourced production such as printed assets, giveaways, and business cards

Reporting & Tracking

• Update Monday.com dashboards with execution data and timelines

• Support monthly reporting and KPI reviews

• Track SLA performance and internal request turnaround times

• Assist in maintaining reporting for marketing campaigns across all applicable brands and regions

Cross-Functional Support

• Support Sales, Product, and Marketing teams across americas through the centralized intake system

• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding project status and requirements

• Maintain accessible tools, updated literature, and accurate information across MyAMMEGA, SharePoint, and Monday.com

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design Business, or equivalent experience

• Adobe Design suite experience - InDesign, photoshop, illustrador

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communication, operations, or administrative support roles

• Strong organizational and task-execution skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Monday.com or similar platforms

• English proficiency required

• Experience in industrial or B2B environments preferred

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
