We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing initiatives of an established organization in the critical power solutions industry. This position will help strengthen brand visibility, engage customers, support sales efforts, and contribute to business growth through digital marketing, content development, events, and market research.
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Human Resources, and other internal teams to create effective marketing materials, maintain digital platforms, coordinate events, and ensure consistent, professional messaging across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Content:
- Maintain and update website content, including product and service information, training announcements, career opportunities, company news, and general updates.
- Develop and schedule social media content, primarily for LinkedIn, highlighting services, projects, recruiting initiatives, training events, partnerships, and company achievements.
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, customer announcements, and internal communications.
- Monitor basic marketing metrics, including email open rates, clicks, social engagement, website activity, and lead responses.
- Organize and maintain the company's library of photos, videos, logos, templates, and other digital assets.
Marketing Materials and Sales Support:
- Create and update brochures, flyers, product sheets, capability statements, presentations, email templates, service overviews, and other customer-facing materials.
- Provide Sales and other departments with polished materials for customer meetings, vendor presentations, proposals, bid opportunities, and account outreach.
- Partner with technical subject-matter experts to translate complex product and service information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, formatting, colors, fonts, and logo usage across all materials.
- Develop content related to critical power systems, UPS equipment, batteries, chargers, rectifiers, monitoring solutions, installation, maintenance, logistics, and related services.
Trade Shows, Training Programs, and Events:
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, customer training sessions, vendor events, lunch-and-learns, and company-sponsored activities.
- Manage event materials, including banners, booth displays, promotional products, printed collateral, registrations, badges, shipping, and supplies.
- Prepare invitations, reminders, follow-up communications, and lead information for the sales team.
- Maintain marketing and event calendars while tracking deadlines and project deliverables.
Vendor and Partner Marketing:
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, graphic designers, printers, website providers, and promotional-product vendors.
- Collect and organize approved logos, product images, technical documents, data sheets, and marketing content.
- Assist with co-branded collateral, partner campaigns, product announcements, and vendor-sponsored events.
- Ensure product and service information remains accurate, current, and professionally presented.
Market Research and Reporting:
- Research competitors, customer needs, industry developments, and market trends related to critical power, DC power, UPS systems, batteries, telecommunications, utilities, and data centers.
- Prepare marketing reports, summaries, and insights for leadership, sales, and business development teams.
- Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, consistency, and formatting before publication or distribution.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand messaging, customer education, and sales enablement materials.
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, collateral revisions, event materials, project activity, and performance results.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support other marketing and business initiatives as assigned.
- Stay current on internal systems, training requirements, expense procedures, and company calendars.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable customer-site requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, sales support, business administration, or a related area.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in learning technical products and services, including UPS equipment, DC power systems, batteries, chargers, rectifiers, monitoring systems, installation, and maintenance solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business productivity tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, AI tools, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn, website content-management systems, or project-management platforms is preferred.
- Strong customer-service mindset and willingness to support multiple departments.
- Ability to handle confidential customer, employee, vendor, and company information professionally.
Education:
An associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Pay: $80,000-$85,000
