ResponsibilitiesSupports website updates, edits, and page builds within the company's content management systemAssists with creating and updating landing pages for campaigns, events, recruiting efforts, business development initiatives, and internal requestsReviews website pages (internal and external) for consistency, clarity, broken links, formatting issues, and overall user experienceSupports ongoing website improvement efforts, including page organization, navigation updates, content cleanup, and conversion-focused enhancementsConducts keyword research to support website content, blog posts, landing pages, recruiting content, and campaign initiativesAssists with on-page SEO updates, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, and content optimizationSupports structured data and schema markup recommendations to improve search visibility and AI search readinessHelps identify content gaps and opportunities based on search trends, audience needs, competitor activity, and business prioritiesCollaborates with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to develop SEO-informed contentMonitors organic search performance and provide recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and website trafficSupports organic social media planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring across company's social gathering data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media tools, and reporting dashboardsMonitors key digital metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, keyword visibility, social performance, and campaign activityUses data and feedback to recommend updates that improve content performance, user experience, and campaign outcomesManages environmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO strategy, content creation, social media engagement, or marketing coordination.Experience supporting website updates, social media content, SEO initiatives, and digital reportingExperience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platformsExperience managing multiple concurrent projects or requests in a collaborative environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and TeamsExperience with social media scheduling and reporting platformsFamiliarity with UTM tracking, campaign URLs, and digital reporting best practicesExperience working in B2B, construction, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or professional services environments preferredCompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional marketing content across digital and print platformsExcellent proofreading, editing, and organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to communicate
