Description

Our client, a global technology company specializing in consumer products and digital services, is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator in Culver City, CA.

Pay Rate Range: $40 to $45/hr on w2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support global marketing initiatives and subscription growth for a leading consumer technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and helping execute impactful marketing campaigns from planning through launch.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Creative, Public Relations, Engineering, Analytics, Media, Retail, and Partner Marketing to ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Assist in developing marketing briefs using customer insights, business objectives, and competitive research.
  • Prepare campaign overviews, post-campaign recaps, and project documentation.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, creative requests, asset libraries, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, approvals, dependencies, and campaign schedules.
  • Support consumer marketing activations, promotional initiatives, and partner marketing programs.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to support campaign measurement, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and collaboration across teams.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4–6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or related marketing functions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams from planning through execution.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting subscription services, consumer technology products, digital services, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels including paid media, owned channels, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of campaign measurement, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Experience creating presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
