Marketing Coordinator

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading property management company to help identify a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role will support the company’s communities and corporate brand across digital platforms, social media, reputation channels, marketing systems, and resident-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, community teams, vendors, and marketing partners, the Marketing Coordinator will help execute marketing initiatives accurately, efficiently, and on time. 

What You'll Do: 

• Maintain accurate community and corporate marketing information across websites, digital marketing platforms, leasing and CRM systems, online listings, and other marketing channels, including current community specials and promotions.
• Develop, coordinate, and publish engaging social media content for the home office and designated communities while ensuring all content reflects established brand standards and accurate community information.
• Support reputation management efforts by monitoring online reviews, inbox activity, and action items; coordinating and posting responses; maintaining online listings; and assisting with reputation reporting.
• Manage company profiles and coordinate review responses across employment and reputation platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Gather, organize, and maintain marketing performance data and recurring reports across communities and marketing channels to help evaluate results and inform marketing decisions.
• Process and allocate marketing invoices to the appropriate communities and assist with department expense reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of marketing platforms, including account setup, community additions, user access, and user updates related to new hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Create and maintain employee-facing marketing resources, including digital business cards and company email signatures.
• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing collateral, print materials, and supplies through approved vendors and platforms.
• Support specialized community marketing needs, including affordable housing updates, unit information, and lead management within applicable leasing and CRM systems.
• Assist with the rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of marketing programs, technology, websites, social media integrations, and new department initiatives.
• Partner with community teams, vendors, and marketing partners to manage marketing requests, collect necessary information, track projects, and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as directed by the VP of Marketing.

 What You'll Bring: 

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, property management, digital marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong follow-through, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Comfort working with digital marketing, social media, reputation management, CRM, leasing, and reporting platforms, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong ability to compile, organize, and accurately manage marketing and financial information from multiple sources.
• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate is preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel as needed and occasionally work outside of normal business hours for company events, community initiatives, or special projects.
