Forgeworks is an AI-first, boutique RevOps firm in Denver. We build the systems, processes, and automations that run revenue for companies across industries. AI runs through everything we do — it's how a small, sharp team outbuilds firms ten times our size.
How we work
Four days a week, in person, Monday through Thursday, ten hours a day. Then three days off, genuinely off — a hard no-Slack, no-email-after-hours rule. Work hard, recover hard. Full health benefits, and a three-day weekend every week.
The role
We've never had a dedicated marketing seat — our founder has run demand gen himself. That's the opening. You come in as the person who makes it all happen across every channel that brings leads in the door: newsletters, events, content, and ads.
You won't be alone on strategy — the founder sets direction and is your guide. But this is a builder's seat: you own the execution and the results. The newsletter that goes out, the booth that gets booked, the campaign that goes live, the content that ships — that's you.
