Marketing CoordinatorAgent Growth, Content & BrandGuide Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves helping people grow through thoughtful, high-quality marketing.This role plays a key part in Guide's agent marketing, content, events, and brand visibility efforts. You'll partner with the Marketing Director and broader team to execute initiatives, support agents in elevating their presence, and help bring the Guide brand to life across channels.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key marketing contact for agents, helping manage requests, timelines, resources, and opportunitiesCreate branded marketing materials, including flyers, social graphics, listing materials, brochures, signage, and agent resourcesSupport agents with content, visibility, and personal brand-building across platformsHelp manage Guide's social media through planning, content creation, scheduling, posting, engagement, and content captureCoordinate events, classes, Guide for Good volunteer days, and office meetings, including promotion, logistics, setup, recap, and follow-upSupport new agent onboarding with marketing materials and brand setupCreate monthly agent marketing resources, including market stats, newsletter content, seasonal campaigns, social graphics, and talking pointsMaintain internal communications, calendars, website/portal updates, office monitors, and weekly email/Slack updatesEnsure all materials align with Guide's brand standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirementsTrack projects, timelines, approvals, edits, RSVPs, and requests through Asana and other systemsProactively identify ways to improve agent engagement with marketing, content, and the Guide brandProvide occasional operational support during a transitional period through Q1 2027What Success Looks LikeAgents feel informed, supported, and confident using marketing to grow their businessMarketing requests and initiatives are organized, timely, and clearly communicatedAgents show up more consistently, professionally, and visibly online and in the marketSocial media highlights both Guide's brand and the agents who make the brokerage strongEvents, classes, and meetings help agents learn, connect, and stay engagedQualificationsProactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlinesStrong eye for branding, design, content, and presentationUnderstands social media trends and how content builds visibility and trustClear communicator with agents, vendors, leadership, and internal team membersExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Google Workspace, and social media platformsBrings a positive, collaborative, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and team supportReal estate experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat You'll GetCompensation range: $55,000-$65,000, based on experience and qualifications401(k), health benefits, paid time off, and holidaysDedicated monthly time for continued education and professional developmentHands‑on marketing experience across social, events, branding, and contentDirect exposure to high‑performing agents, leadership, and real‑world marketing strategyA collaborative, supportive team that values ideas, initiative, and creativityGrowth opportunities within the marketing department as the company scalesOpportunity to directly shape the voice and visibility of a growing brokerage brandRegular team off‑sites, happy hours, and eventsScheduleMonday‑Friday, 9am‑5pmIn‑office position based in Glendale, CO, with occasional remote flexibilityAbility to reliably commute to our officeWhy This Role MattersMarketing at Guide helps agents build trust, stay visible, and grow their business.
