POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Coordinator supports McGough's Industrial sector by helping drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships through the development of proposals, presentations, qualifications, and strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with business development and project teams, this role contributes to the pursuit of complex industrial projects.
Assigned to our Industrial sector group, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating pursuit deliverables, maintaining marketing resources, supporting client engagement efforts, and ensuring high-quality, technically focused marketing materials are delivered on schedule. This role collaborates with operations, preconstruction, and subject matter experts to communicate McGough's Industrial expertise, self-perform capabilities, safety culture, and project execution approach.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, works effectively with a wide range of people and teams, and is interested in supporting technically complex construction pursuits.

Pursuit Execution - 50% of Time
Assist in developing proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations
Organize and track deadlines for assigned pursuits
Gather and update project data, resumes, and visual assets
Proofread and format materials for consistency and accuracy Business Development Support - 40% of Time
Support BD efforts by preparing materials for client meetings and events
Lead and facilitate regular meetings to keep pursuit efforts on track and aligned with company and business development strategies.
Assist with conference and tradeshow planning, including marketing materials and collateral
Conduct research to support prepositioning and client intelligence gathering
Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce), OpenAsset, and shared marketing resources
Collaboration and Teamwork - 10% of Time
Provide support to the Industrial Marketing Manager and Industrial marketing team
Provide additional support to other marketing teams as needed
Work collaboratively with marketing, BD, and communications teams to ensure alignment
Work closely with Communications team on development of collateral needed for Business Development and Pursuit-related needs.
Participate in professional development and team improvement efforts Other Duties as assigned

Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth.
