Marketing Coordinator - Employee Engagement, Events & Marketing

Astrodyne TDI is seeking an organized, creative, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our internal employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, trade shows, and broader marketing activities. The primary focus of this position will be planning and coordinating internal company events and employee engagement activities, as well as supporting the planning and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other external events. The Marketing Coordinator will also work closely with the Marketing Manager to support Astrodyne TDI's overall marketing strategy by developing content, managing digital marketing, overseeing social media, updating the website, enabling sales, and executing campaigns. What You'll Do:  

Employee Engagement & Internal Events 

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide employee events, celebrations, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives. 
• Develop an annual calendar of employee engagement activities in coordination with HR and company leadership. 
• Develop internal communications and promotional materials to increase employee awareness and participation. 
• Capture photos and videos from internal events for company communications and employer-branding initiatives. 
• Help identify new opportunities to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Tradeshow & External Event Coordination 

• Support the planning and execution of Astrodyne TDI's annual tradeshow and conference calendar. 
• Coordinate tradeshow logistics including booth registration, shipping, booth materials, product displays, signage, promotional items, and vendor coordination. 
• Work with sales and engineering teams to determine products, messaging, demonstrations, and collateral required for each event. 
• Coordinate event deadlines and ensure materials arrive on time and events remain within budget. 
• Assist with pre-show marketing campaigns, customer invitations, social media promotion, and event communications. 
• Support on-site event setup, coordination, photography, and marketing activities when required. 
• Coordinate post-event follow-up activities, including lead management, communications, and performance reporting. 
• Maintain organized records of event schedules, contacts, expenses, assets, and performance. 

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Support 

• Report directly to the Marketing Manager and support the execution of the company's annual marketing strategy. 
• Assist with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting Astrodyne TDI's products, markets, and business objectives. 
• Maintain the Marketing Calendar and coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. 
• Research industry trends to support marketing strategy. 
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to develop effective marketing initiatives. 
• Support marketing reporting and communicate upcoming campaigns, events, and resources to internal and external stakeholders. 

Digital Marketing & Content Support 

• Create and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, infographics, email campaigns, social media content, and digital assets. 
• Develop and edit graphics, photography, and video content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. 
• Support social media planning, content scheduling, and campaign execution. 
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives. 
• Update and maintain website content through CMS platforms. 
• Help ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across marketing channels. 
• Maintain and update Astrodyne TDI product and marketing content across distributor and partner platforms. 
• Coordinate promotional materials and marketing resources across Astrodyne TDI business units. 
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to transform complex product information into clear and engaging marketing content. 

What You Bring:  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or a related field. 
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, employee engagement, communications, or a related role. 
• Event Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate vendors, schedules, materials, budgets, and multiple event deadlines. 
• Creative Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography, photo editing, and video editing are preferred. 
• Digital Marketing: Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and social media management tools is a plus. 
• Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, customers, sales representatives, and partners. 
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines. 
• Collaboration: Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues across departments and levels of the organization. 
• Initiative: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership of projects, solve problems, and continuously improve processes. 

Salary Range: $45,000-$52,000
