The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in tracking and organizing the workflow and deployment of all creative assets for MarComm strategic projects and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator manages the workflow of all creative jobs, organizes assets and creative materials, and ensures the HHC brand is accurately represented and consistent in all the creative work produced and executed on. The Marketing Coordinator also assists in developing creative briefs to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and system-wide and institute priorities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Coordinate and track the development, review, and delivery of marketing assets needed across the system, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and all specifications needed.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing, design, and external vendors to manage timelines, feedback, and approvals for creative deliverables
• Maintain and organize a centralized digital asset management system to ensure easy access to current and approved marketing materials.
• Support in the launch of marketing and advertising campaigns by packaging and trafficking creative assets tailored
• Assist in the ideation and organization of creative briefs for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all creative content meets correct specifications for delivery, including file formats, resolution, and sizes.
• Develop an understanding of the HHC brand guidelines including colors, fonts, logo tiers, design elements including imagery and graphic elements, voice and tone.
• Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to proactively adjust asset requirements and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience:
• 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising or related field
• Healthcare experience is helpful, though other industry experience will be considered.
