You will be responsible for communicating concepts and branding guidelines to ensure high quality output for the customer's brand, as well as providing analysis and strategies to identify where processes and timeliness can be improved. You are an integral part of the team working in InDesign and ensuring that the customer's experience is best in class.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist members of the marketing team with design production needsCoordinate with clients and marketing team members to scope projects, establishing fast but feasible project timelines and plansLiaise between marketing advisors and agents to communicate and coordinate the delivery of projects and materialsAble to explain concepts, ideas and brand guidelines in a clear, friendly and convincing mannerCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas that can benefit from technology or process improvementContinually provide analysis and QA insight and help develop training opportunities to ensure the completion of projects on time and under budgetMove quickly to organize and assemble templated creative work such as print ads, brochures, and more through InDesignBe a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach to creating and implementing changeJob Skills & Requirements1‑3 years of experience producing content in‑house or at an agencyExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf‑motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeDemonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skillsHigh level of discretion, diligence, confidentiality, and attention to detailExperience working within a creative teamAbility to prioritize projects and deadlines; adept project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsImpeccable attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop necessary to execute excellent creative workProficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google, and Microsoft (e.g., Keynote, Docs & Excel)Experience with Workfront project management software is a plusPerks That You Need To Know AboutParticipation in our incentive programs (which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions).
