Overview:

Are you a creative marketing professional who loves seeing your work come to life? We're partnering with an innovative manufacturer that's making a significant impact in industrial automation and motion technology. They're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

From coordinating major industry trade shows to creating compelling digital content and marketing campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's brand and driving customer engagement across North America.

Job Duties:  

  • Lead the planning and execution of 10-15 major industry trade shows each year, including nationally recognized events.
  • Coordinate booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and event execution from start to finish.
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to showcase innovative products and technologies.
  • Write engaging content for digital campaigns, email marketing, website updates, advertisements, and product promotions.
  • Create and edit multimedia content, including short-form videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Help maintain a consistent, professional brand across all marketing channels.
  • Track event budgets, analyze ROI, and provide post-event performance reporting.

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B manufacturing or industrial markets.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with exceptional organization.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
