Our client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator I for their Burbank, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications Support:
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to support delivery of marketing strategy, campaigns and key initiatives
  • Create and manage content across newsletters, presentations, social media, website and news stories
  • Collate, write and edit engaging content for digital channels, internal comms and marketing materials
Digital & Social Media:
  • Support day-to-day management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement
  • Capture and curate content for social and digital use
  • Assist with digital content production, including showreels, interviews and video assets
  • Maintain and update website content
Campaigns, Partnerships & Events:
  • Support delivery of partnerships, sponsorships, events and industry collaborations
  • Coordinate listings, adverts and sponsorship packages with external partners
  • Provide Marketing support for events
Creative & Brand:
  • Design and produce marketing materials, supporting larger creative projects where required
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, including digital, print and on-site materials
  • Manage and organise a central library of marketing and content assets
  • Liaise with suppliers to produce branded merchandise and marketing collateral
Operations & Admin:
  • Manage stock levels and ordering of promotional materials
  • Support marketing budgets, including raising purchase orders and payments
  • Provide ad-hoc support across campaigns, business units and studio initiatives as required
Key projects:
  • Upcoming Photography and Videography shoots.
  • Supporting Social Media content (on-the-ground).
  • Maintaining client Websites.
 
Requirements:
  • Organization skills and attention to detail
  • 2+ years; Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years; Ability to communicate well with multiple levels of business from Junior stakeholders to executives.
  • Digital and Technology familiarity
  • 2+ years; Need experience with multiple technologies and are highly adaptable.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Previous experience in Media and Entertainment is a bonus.
  • Passion for film and television industry.
  • A passion for all forms of Marketing and strong Marketing experience is essential
  • Ability to cope in a busy environment and work to fast deadlines
