The position also requires initiative and creative thinking, common sense, good judgement, an eye for graphics and composition, and a respect for the confidential aspects of LeChase's business.General ResponsibilitiesGeneration of marketing collateral including project sheets, resumes & estimate booksPreparation of bid qualification packages, state forms and AIA'sCRM database maintenance and supportSupports in the development of qualification / proposal submissionsRegional and corporate event supportMarket researchReports to: Marketing ManagerQualifications1-3 years experience in the marketing or communications field.BS/BA in relevant field preferred.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and proficient in Microsoft Products preferredExcellent grammar, writing skills, editing skills, and proofreading skillsDemonstrated knowledge and experience in a variety of writing elementsStrong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects and turn around projects in a tight timeframe under pressure to meet deadlines.Works well both independently and in a team environment.A strategic thinker who is also comfortable with hands‑on work.About LeChaseEstablished in 1944, LeChase prides itself on offering the capabilities of a large firm while maintaining the personalized service of a small firm.
