Marketing Coordinator 

Full Time | 32-40 hours weekly

Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday (schedule may fluctuate during event weeks) 

We are seeking a creative, organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will help us strengthen our local engagement, community-relationships, and our brand presence. 

 Responsibilities:

 Events and Community Engagement: 

- Plan and coordinate all events including Ace national, store specific, and local chamber events 

- Work closely with local tourism and chamber offices

- Oversee community donation and sponsorship requests

- Represent Bralys in event and holiday meetings

- Schedule and create wedding registries 

Marketing and Advertising 

- Coordinate and create all advertising materials including: billboards, magazine ads, and email tool

- Work with local print shops to design store merchandise (hats and shirts) 

- Work with brand co-ops to ensure that marketing materials meet the requirements for co-op funds 

Social Media Oversight: 

- Coordinate with social media contacts in each location to create new and inviting social media posts  

- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and between stores 

- Plan campaigns around events, holidays, and sales

Retail Support: 

- Oversee Sign Kit execution Monthly 

- Manage and promote Ace Rewards promotions and incitatives 

- Help with event shopping (holiday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, county show baskets)

Qualifications & Skills: 

- Social Media and Marketing Knowledge 

- Graphic Design Experience preferred (Canva) 

- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail 

- Passion for local business and customer experience
