This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hardworking marketing professional. We are seeking goal oriented, warm, and friendly business development professionals to be a part of our marketing team.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Bring in hours, contracts, and book of business.

  • Generate referrals by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.

  • Visits with potential clients, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program, provide follow-ups.

  • Receive all incoming calls for referrals while getting back to clients in a timely manner.

  • Compare accuracy of the requested service to the actual service order.

  • Communicate with scheduling coordinators, private pay clients, and the nursing department.

  • Enter and distribute service order information as well as documenting holds/terminations/renewals etc.

  • Report schedules and results to their immediate supervisor on a weekly basis.

Marketing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of proven success in Home Care outside sales or marketing

  • Excellent phone and customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

  • Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadline

This is a Field Position:

  • Must be willing to travel on a daily basis
