Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Bring in hours, contracts, and book of business.
Generate referrals by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources.
Visits with potential clients, discharge planners and other health care providers regarding services, contracts, and communication with our program, provide follow-ups.
Receive all incoming calls for referrals while getting back to clients in a timely manner.
Compare accuracy of the requested service to the actual service order.
Communicate with scheduling coordinators, private pay clients, and the nursing department.
Enter and distribute service order information as well as documenting holds/terminations/renewals etc.
Report schedules and results to their immediate supervisor on a weekly basis.
Marketing Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
College degree preferred
1-2 years of proven success in Home Care outside sales or marketing
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadline
This is a Field Position:
Must be willing to travel on a daily basis
