Position: Marketing Coordinator Firm: Diversified Solutions Location: Kansas City, MO Overview: Diversified Solutions, a leading firm in the financial services industry based in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you’ll lead the execution of our marketing, branding, and client experience efforts. We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and professional when communicating with prospects and clients. What You’ll Do: - Plan and execute client events, educational workshops and seminars
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative content for firm’s website, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google)
- Manage marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth
- Create and maintain all marketing materials including brochures, handouts, signage, presentations, and digital assets
- Monitor the performance of all lead funnels to gauge performance and ROI and make recommendations on how to improve marketing programs
- Contact prospective clients from marketing campaigns and lead database
- Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with financial advisors
- Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system (Redtail)
- Follow up with TV, seminar, and digital leads in a timely manner
- Coordinate vendors, venues, timelines, and logistics
What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working with technology platforms—especially Microsoft Office, CRM (Redtail), Canva, Snappy Kraken, and ChatGPT
- Strong ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns and a sharp eye for detail
- High degree of creativity, strong work ethic, and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Demonstrates exceptional project management and organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Collaborative team player and independent self-starter
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to accept and apply direction
