Job Description

 
Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our progressively growing team, and oversee all the leasing efforts for assigned community. 

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
  • Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
  • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
  • Confirm rental application data and personal references
  • Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
  • Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED)
  • A strong customer service background, and basic computer skills.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience.
  •  The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
  • A professional image must be maintained
