Job Title: Marketing & Account Coordinator
Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8am–5pm

Marketing & Account Coordinator Description:

Duties and Requirements:

• Create and execute company and client email marketing campaigns to support engagement, retention, and sales.

• Support B2B client accounts by responding to inquiries, identifying opportunities, preparing quotes, and following up on presentations and proposals.

• Research and source promotional products, develop product recommendations, and prepare digital sales presentations.

• Coordinate client orders, artwork, samples, and production details while resolving issues quickly and professionally.

• Manage products for company online stores, including sourcing, pricing, preparing images, uploading products, and maintaining database information.

• Participate in sales, marketing, and business strategy discussions and contribute ideas to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts.

• Assist with social media, marketing artwork, promotional campaigns, trade shows, client outreach, and special projects.

• Provide hands-on support for marketing fulfillment projects, including assembling and kitting mailers and promotional packages.

• Bring 2+ years of related office, account management, or sales experience; promotional products industry experience is preferred.

• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Be self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small-office environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required; CRM, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and SAGE/ASI/PPAI experience are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance are required.

• Be available for occasional domestic and international travel for trade shows.
