Job Description
A client with Kforce is seeking a Marketing Coordinator Level 2 to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. This role can be hybrid, remote or onsite. Five days a week in Cincinnati is highly preferred.
Summary:
This position is designed to provide near-term execution capacity as the team responds to campaign growth, expanded responsibilities, and the transition of repeatable work into a hybrid and offshore delivery model. In this role, you will help maintain campaign delivery and service levels while experienced internal resources focus on offshore training and governance, workflow simplification, automation, and other strategic priorities.
Essential Functions:
- Executional role with end-to-end workflows
- Campaign media operations
- Sales side will sell media campaigns and the team kicks off with the client and assists with deliverables
- Managing onsite and offsite ads
- Not actually building materials, but preparing them
- Project management, timelines, and getting things live
- Works across many different channels
- Need immediate relief going into holidays
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities and workflows may change
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, timelines, and deadlines
- Ability to follow established processes consistently while asking clarifying questions when requirements are unclear
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and proactively escalate risks or blockers
- Accurate campaign setup and execution
- On-time completion of assigned campaign milestones
- Consistent adherence to established workflows and guidelines
- Early identification and escalation of risks or missing information
- Clear and timely communication with campaign stakeholders
- Reliable management of multiple concurrent campaign requests
- Positive contribution to team capacity, quality, and delivery stability
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
