Marketing Coordinator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a respected nonprofit organization in Mentor, Ohio to hire a Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity (32 hours/week) with a pay range of $17–$21/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on expanding community engagement, strengthening brand presence, and supporting mission-driven initiatives through creative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase community awareness and engagement
• Manage website updates and maintain digital presence across multiple platforms
• Create engaging social media, email, and promotional content
• Coordinate photography, storytelling, and content creation efforts
• Design newsletters, marketing materials, and branded communications
• Build and manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules
• Support and promote community events through content and engagement activities
• Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze campaign performance and improve effectiveness through reporting
• Assist with outreach and supporter communications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred)
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with digital marketing and social content creation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe InDesign, email marketing platforms, photography, or basic video editing strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with data tracking and analytics is a plus
