Job DescriptionUnder the general guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase revenue. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels while assisting with content creation, campaign coordination, and marketing analytics.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, and social media)Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and support strategic initiativesWrite, edit, and proofread marketing content for websites, newsletters, brochures, social media, and advertisementsManage and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all platformsCoordinate with graphic designers, photographers, printers, and other vendors to produce marketing materialsOversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metricsHelp plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, trade shows, and promotional activities, including managing logistics and follow-upConduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for campaign optimizationTrack, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaignsMaintain and organize the marketing asset library, including photos, logos, templates, and branded materialsSupport email marketing efforts by building campaigns, segmenting lists, and tracking engagement metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goalsAssist in managing the company website, including content updates and basic SEO implementationStay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing effortsWe recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
