This individual collaborates closely with attorneys, business development professionals, and cross-office teams to plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing and client engagement activities. They are proactive in learning about the firm's services, practice areas, and clients to effectively contribute to strategic marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities Event & Sponsorship ManagementPartner with attorneys and marketing colleagues to plan and deliver firm-hosted and sponsored client events.Research and recommend event and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the firm's regional practices and industry focuses.Build and manage invitation lists, coordinate design and distribution of event communications, and oversee registration logistics.Organize event materials, pre-event briefings, and post-event evaluations to measure success and return on investment (ROI).Client Entertainment & Ticket ManagementServe as the main point of contact for all regional sports and entertainment ticket requests.Coordinate with leadership and the marketing team to allocate tickets strategically for client engagement.Maintain accurate records of ticket distribution and expenses in collaboration with the accounting team.Generate periodic reports analyzing ticket utilization and business development outcomes.Marketing CommunicationsDraft and update attorney biographies for the firm's website and marketing materials.Develop and distribute internal and external communications, such as newsletters and attorney announcements.Write and edit regional news content for digital platforms, including the website, intranet, and social media channels.Research and identify speaking engagements, awards, and professional opportunities for attorneys; assist with submissions and supporting materials.Diversity, Inclusion & Internal InitiativesContribute to the planning and execution of regional marketing activities supporting firm initiatives, including women's and diversity programs.Data, Tools & SystemsUtilize platforms such as Salesforce, InterAction, and Foundation to manage projects, client data, and marketing metrics.Support data collection, market research, and analysis on clients, competitors, and industries.Help train attorneys and staff on CRM systems, LinkedIn best practices, and other marketing tools.Creative & Administrative SupportPartner with the design team to produce collateral for sponsorships, advertisements, and events.Manage promotional merchandise selection, procurement, and distribution.Provide general support for special projects and other marketing-related assignments as needed.Qualifications Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, business development, program coordination, or a related field.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.PreferredExperience in marketing or business development within a professional services or law firm environment.Familiarity with CRM and marketing databases (e.g., Salesforce, InterAction, Foundation).Understanding of market research tools, professional rankings, and industry publications.Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Marketing and Business DevelopmentIndustries Legal Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
