SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive business growth, and enhance client engagement. Working closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, this role helps coordinate events, manage marketing technology platforms, analyze campaign performance, and deliver marketing assets that support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about leveraging marketing tools and insights to improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer and other marketing colleagues in their efforts to raise brand awareness and encourage organic growth.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of regional and national events.
• Work closely with senior marketing members to understand regional marketing needs. Prioritize incoming projects to deliver assets to collaborators on time.
• Coordinate essential elements of our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and improve its use by ensuring detailed tracking of important metrics through tools such as forms, landing pages, automated emails, and workflows.
• Serve as a resource to advisors and internal teams looking to better understand firm marketing metrics.

Qualifications

• A degree or background in marketing or communications.
• Internship experience within a wealth management firm or similar industry.
• Prior experience working with a marketing automation platform like Hubspot or Marketo.
• Exposure to and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Ability to think proactively about marketing technology needs and an interest in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Ability to work across departments and levels of the firm to build solutions to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Some experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Wordpress and Adobe CC, specifically with HTML output from CC programs.

What We Offer: Wealthspire Advisors provides a competitive salary, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) with matching contributions, and additional benefits. The salary range for this role is $51,800 to $63,700. The final base salary depends on several factors such as experience, credentials, education, certifications, required skills, role scope, and location. Each salary is decided individually.
