Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join the Beacon Pointe Advisors Marketing Department as a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will join a highly talented, collaborative, fast-paced team of marketing professionals to support marketing team members across a diverse range of both administrative and strategic marketing projects. This role is fully in-person, based in either Newport Beach, CA or Scottsdale, AZ. 

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Marketing Administrative Tasks
• Marketing Material Maintenance
• Employee Onboarding Marketing Elements deployment
• Media & Event Coordination and Support
• Digital Marketing support
  • Content calendar updating
  • Social Media
    • Profile updating
    • Content creation, and the scheduling and deployment of content posts
    • Analytics and reporting support and deliverables
  • Email Marketing
    • Contact records and CRM segmentation list maintenance
    • Content creation and email design support
• Ad-hoc Marketing Projects, including but not limited to:
  • Ad Designs
  • Email Template designs
  • Fielding Marketing-related Q&A and projects supporting Regional Offices and Advisory Teams
  • Basic Website Updating

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Proficiency in Canva is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Office 365, etc.) is a must
• Proficiency and experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, Grok, etc.) is highly desired
• Experience with digital marketing technologies such as HootSuite (social media management tool), HubSpot (email marketing systems), WordPress (website management platform), and Salesforce CRM is highly desired
• Experience with Google Analytics is highly desired
• Proficiency in filming and content editing programs (Final Cut Pro, iMovie, GarageBand, etc.) is desired
• Undergraduate degree required (Business, Marketing, or Communications degrees are preferred)
• Ability to multi-task with a strong commitment to detail; excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Participation in team meetings and collaboration with Marketing Department team members is required
• Proven ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

 Compensation:

$65,000-$75,000 per year based on experience, and opportunity for annual discretionary bonus.
