Job DescriptionIngram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) B2B Marketing team in the NYC office. This person will assist the Manager, Marketing Services with marketing projects across multiple lines of business, including Retail, Library, Gift, and International. This role requires strong creative, organizational, and time‑management skills to support the sales and marketing plans of IPS clients through newsletters, social media, and additional strategic tasks.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or year‑for‑year directly related experiencePreferred QualificationsBook publishing or marketing experienceExperience using Canva or Adobe products such as Photoshop or InDesignHighly organized and collaborative with ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and ask questionsKey ResponsibilitiesProvides support and assistance to the Manager, Marketing Services with the tactical execution of sales marketing plans, strategies and programs across the IPS B2B Marketing team.Maintains ongoing day‑to‑day, weekly and monthly marketing operations including IPS cross‑brand resources, newsletters, social media, chargebacks, and title marketing efforts.Works with management to develop relevant content and coordinate the production of marketing materials, track projects, and work within designated deadlines.Works with the international sales team to ensure timely development of content for marketing materials to drive target markets to desired results.Regularly creates and designs graphics for marketing collateral and social media in Canva.Works with Manager, Marketing Services to promote publisher education.Participates in various client publisher meetings, takes minutes and organizes title lists ahead of presales and sales conference meetings.Keeps up‑to‑date records of IPS bestsellers, award winners, Indie Next, Library Reads, and major book club selections. Creates and shares marketing graphics with announcements.Hiring Salary Range: $33.63/hr – $41.92/hr.
