As we continue to experience incredible growth, we're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Coordinator to help grow the FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand and dominate the Oklahoma City market.
How You'll Make an Impact
Working directly with our Marketing Manager and Chief of Staff, you'll support the execution of our local marketing strategy by increasing brand awareness, driving client acquisition, strengthening community relationships, and drive growth for FACE FOUNDRIÉ in the OKC Area..
Local Event Execution: You’ll help plan and execute events, including pop-ups, partnerships, and community activations.
Strengthen Community Presence: Support collaborations with local businesses and influencers to drive community engagement and build brand awareness.
Front Bar Experience: Work at the Front Bar to stay connected to the client experience and store operations, and gain experience in booking services, selling memberships and retail to better support events and activations.
Own the Logistics: Support event planning, including working with partners and vendors, scheduling, and execution.
Creative Concepts: Bring a fresh perspective to ideas that drive traffic to our stores and support in-store marketing and community activations.
Content & Storytelling: Capture and film content across both locations, including client experiences, promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and events (in-store and out-of-store). Content direction and strategy will be provided by the Marketing Manager.
Process Improvement: Help improve and streamline how we execute events across all franchise locations. Share key learnings, takeaways, and outcomes from your events with your leaders to streamline and grow event success
Performance Evaluation & ROI Metrics
Your success in this role will be measured not just by execution, but by clear performance evaluation and financial impact:
Event-to-Revenue Tracking & ROI: Establish and monitor data-driven metrics to ensure all local and cross-site events directly convert into measurable member acquisition and revenue, demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI) for all marketing spend.
What We’re Looking For
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field.
Mindset & Work Style: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. You take initiative, bring a “figure it out” attitude, and are comfortable being uncomfortable. You work independently, with flexibility and enthusiasm for exploring different aspects of the business and opportunities for growth within the company.
Digital Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Canva, with the ability to create clean, on-brand visual content for social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
Communication Skills: Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and representing the brand at events. Collaborative, clear, and proactive in sharing ideas and feedback.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Interest in the Industry: A genuine passion for marketing, beauty, and the health and wellness industries, with a focus on hands-on brand building.
Availability: Work part-time, including weekends for events, as an OKC resident.
