Marketing Coordinator (On-site)

Responsibilities

- New client/project lead research
- Request For Proposal (RFP) response writing, preparation, and submission
- Maintaining firm"s marketing files and archive storage
- Registering and planning for trade shows and other client conferences/events
- Updating and creating publications materials as needed
- Updating firm"s website and social media weekly
- Updating agenda and running the firm"s bi-weekly marketing meetings
- Organizing/planning internal staff social events
- Assisting the Principals in representing the firm at potential client interviews
- Tracking and maintaining firm and employee"s memberships in various organizations

- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, business development and/or related field(s)
- Five years of business development and marketing experience
- Excellent graphic design skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop);
- Microsoft Office 365
- Basic website management
