You will help execute and optimize campaigns across channels (email, web, events, and social), coordinate marketing project management to ensure timely content publishing and asset delivery, and support the systems that make marketing scalable and data‑driven. This role blends tactical marketing execution with systems coordination—perfect for someone who enjoys seeing strategy come to life through process, technology, and creative collaboration.What You Will DoCoordinates the end‑to‑end execution of integrated B2B campaigns—email, social, digital ads, and events—ensuring all components launch on schedule.Partners with content marketing and design teams to traffic creative assets, manage versioning, and ensure on‑brand execution across channels.Supports campaign setup in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) including email builds, landing pages, workflows, and list segmentation.Manages campaign calendars, asset libraries, and content repositories to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.Assists with publishing and updating digital assets (e.g., blogs, gated content, case studies, webinars) through CMS or marketing automation tools.QAs content, links, and creative across all campaign assets prior to launch.Tracks and reports on campaign performance—engagement rates, MQL generation, content downloads—and provides insights for optimization.Manages timelines, deliverables, and priorities in marketing project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana).Collaborates closely with demand generation, product marketing, and creative teams to align campaign timing, assets, and messaging.Coordinates reviews, feedback, and approvals between stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.Partners with Product Marketing, Sales and RevOps teams to ensure lead routing, campaign attribution, and reporting accuracy.Maintains and updates marketing databases, ensuring data cleanliness, deduplication, and regulatory compliance.Maintains data hygiene and segmentation integrity within marketing automation and CRM platforms.Ensures campaign tracking and attribution are accurate (UTMs, campaign IDs, lead source fields).Supports integration and maintenance of marketing tech tools such as email, analytics, and project management platforms.Documents processes and contributes to improving operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.Other duties as assigned.What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Up to 2+ years' experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content marketing within a B2B environment.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Experience supporting multi‑channel campaigns and managing campaign assets from concept to launch.Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Detail‑oriented and quality‑driven, with strong proofreading and QA skills.Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data‑driven metrics.Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $43,000 – $70,000.This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based incentive opportunity.
