Job Description

Summary:

This position will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing communications, campaigns, events, sales enablement initiatives, and employee engagement programs across OneSource Life Sciences. The Marketing Coordinator partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Product Line Leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are executed effectively and aligned with established business objectives.

The Marketing Coordinator supports both internal and external marketing efforts by coordinating projects, managing timelines, developing content, supporting digital campaigns, assisting with events, and maintaining communication channels. This role serves as a key connector between teams to ensure marketing programs move efficiently from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution

  • Support the execution of marketing programs designed to drive customer engagement, employee engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships and communication plans with business units, sales teams, and functional leaders.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing activities including email marketing, social media, SEM, ABM initiatives, and third-party campaigns.
  • Assist with the execution and localization of global and regional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal communication vehicles including employee newsletters, leadership communications, training communications, employee recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop, edit, and proofread marketing communications, presentations, PowerPoint decks, customer-facing materials, and sales enablement content.
  • Support the maintenance and updating of website content, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Assist with the execution of account-based marketing initiatives through coordination of content, campaign assets, executive briefings, and account-specific materials.
  • Deliver support for customer events, conferences, webinars, employee events, and leadership meetings
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across internal teams, external vendors, and agency partners.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase requests, vendor coordination, and marketing administration activities.
  • Ensure marketing activities and materials align with established business objectives, messaging, and corporate brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of marketing communications, marketing coordination, project management, or related experience.

Preferred:

  • Solid skills using a variety of computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Experience creating presentations, marketing collateral, internal communications, and customer-facing materials.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A can-do and collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, scientific services, or technical industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEM, PPC, ABM, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices is a plus

The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $95,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
