Assist in the development of sales presentations and executive summaries for key NBC and Golf Channel initiatives and potential sponsors2. Co-manage sponsorship activation for multiple accounts, which entails coordinating internally with Production and Graphics, and working with client/agency/AE to supply any creative materials, messaging, etc. that are required.3. Construct and adhere to NBC and Golf Channel project timelines4. Review and distribute contractual paperwork5. Light administrative responsibilities6. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendanceQualifications 1. Overview: This self-motivated and highly organized individual will assist the Partnership Initiatives Team with a variety of functions including presentation development and internal reporting duties.2. This individual will also interact with various departments within Golf Channel and NBC Sports in order to coordinate and facilitate key sponsorship sales team activations and initiatives.3. Bachelor's Degree4. Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience preferred5. Experience with deadline driven environment6. Strong attention to detail7. Ability to work as a member of a team8. Capacity to juggle multiple projects10. Must be able to work effectively within the organization with various departments, as well as external contacts11.
