Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and strengthen referral relationships. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills while collaborating with physicians, leadership, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate community outreach events and practice-sponsored activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, patient education resources, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management initiatives.
• Track marketing performance using analytics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the practice's website and social media channels with engaging, educational, and compliant content.
• Coordinate photography, video content, and patient success stories while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay current with healthcare marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing experience; healthcare or medical practice experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with website content management systems and email marketing platforms is preferred.
