The Production Coordinator, is a highly organized and detail-oriented team member responsible for supporting the Marketing and Creative teams by coordinating timelines, tasks, and project updates. This role primarily involves assisting the Assistant Marketing Manager and acting as a communication bridge between the Marketing/Creative team and key stakeholders for all creative requests.The Production Coordinator ensures that projects stay on track by facilitating updates, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including Managers, Directors, and subject matter experts within and outside of the Marketing department. A successful candidate is a collaborative team player with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.Project CoordinationAssists with coordinating, prioritizing, organizing, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously with varying completion dates and competing prioritiesWorks alongside Assistant Marketing Manager to break projects into doable actions and monitor and adhere to timeframes using Workfront (Workflow Management Tool)Works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders: Merchandising, Store Operations, Legal and Visual Merchandising, to track requirements and objectivesAssists with schedule managementProduction Management & WorkflowHelps ensure team members needs are met as projects evolveProvides support to monitoring project progress, handles any issues that arise and escalates as necessaryHelps communicate project status to all participantsIntake Help to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reportsAssists with process documentation as requiredMonitors that creative briefs are completed by assisting as neededCreative Operations SupportAssists in inventory management with replenishment, new stores, and No-buy reportsAssists in implementing national roll-outs of in-store signage programs - verifying shipments from vendors, receipt at DC's and billings to storesPartners with Print Procurement Team to track project lists on weekly basis, communicating deadlines with Art Directors and ManagementAssists the Creative team in ensuring all requested changes are addressed with proofreading and checklist attention1 years' experience in project/traffic coordination; equivalent experience working in an advertising agency or internal creative team considered a plusStrong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent time management and strong organizational skillsHighly motivated with ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills with all levels of employees, as well as outside contactsMaintains organized workflow of marketing projectsAbility to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with good customer-service skillsProject management certification is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
