Job Summary:
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Community Marketing & Outreach: Act as the primary face of our five care business lines, proactively driving census growth and brand awareness throughout the Rexburg area.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, professional referral networks with local healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners, and community organizations.
- Sales & Tour Execution: Lead facility tours, guide prospective residents and their families through the senior care decision process, and oversee inquiries for our home care branch.
- Events & Digital Presence: Coordinate networking events, attend health fairs, and assist with targeted social media marketing campaigns.
- Operational Hybrid Support (Optional): For candidates seeking a full 40-hour work week, you will have the opportunity to take on operational oversight and administrative duties within the home care business.
Skills, Experience & Requirements:
- Experience:1+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or senior living outreach is highly preferred.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience navigating Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing operations gives you a distinct advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills paired with an energetic, self-motivated work ethic.
- Logistics: A genuine passion for helping seniors and their families, paired with a reliable personal vehicle for local travel.
