A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Provide administrative support to marketing department
- Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations for construction projects
- Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.
- Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts
- Provide administrative support for company website
- Conduct market research
- Coordinate trade shows
- Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday/client gifts, and special events
- Maintain contact databases
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related with a GPA of 3.5+
- Up to 3 years of related experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization
