Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and data-minded Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will own important day-to-day marketing functions while working closely with marketing leadership for strategy, ideation, complex data analysis, industry context, and target audience direction.

This is not a role where one person is expected to run the full marketing program alone. Instead, the Marketing Coordinator will take ownership of defined areas such as email marketing, social media coordination, campaign QA, marketing calendar support, vendor follow-through, and recurring reporting tasks. The ideal candidate can execute reliably, stay organized, and bring thoughtful observations or opportunities forward based on what they are seeing in campaign results, customer engagement, ServiceTitan/CRM activity, job mix, seasonality, and market trends.

Success in this role requires a balance of creativity, precision, curiosity, and follow-through. The right person will be comfortable moving between content creation, email builds, social scheduling, proofreading, vendor coordination, report preparation, and basic performance analysis. They should be eager to learn the home services business, understand what drives demand across HVAC, Plumbing, Restoration, and related service lines, and look for ways marketing can better support business needs.
