Marketing Coordinator

Salary range $47,000 to $57,000 per year DOE
Job Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Business Development Coordinator and in conjunction with Project Managers, the Marketing Coordinator will support all offices in the preparation of and not limited to implementation of marketing materials; preparing proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQ) and identify new opportunities.
Create new project sheets for completed projects; resumes and general SOQ customized for public works; survey; structural, and civil services.
Organize and maintain marketing folders/documents - Removing duplicate marketing files and combing information as needed.
Coordinate with Project Managers and with Ensign's selected professional photographer to take project photos.
Prepare packages as directed for Project Award submittals and maintain an awards data base.
Coordinate with Project Managers to learn of completed projects or events - gather and organize the related information.
Create content and maintain social media – IG and FB and keep website updated.
Perform marketing research as needed i.e. checking municipalities websites for solicitations; who has completed their previous reports and studies.
Customizing resumes and project specific information as requested for architects/developers' proposals.
Proposal Coordination for proposals/SOQs where company is the prime consultant.
Job Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; post high school education preferred but not required.
Will have or has the ability to learn/work basic steps for InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; social media; and website updates.
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel and Google Docs
