DescriptionSummaryAs a member of the Brand Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator serves a vital role in the organization, administration, and distribution of brand initiatives that will achieve key brand and business objectives. Additionally, the coordinator may be asked to manage key department projects falling outside of their daily responsibilities.This is a hybrid role. M & F remote optional, Tues - Thursday onsite.RequirementsRoles and ResponsibilitiesSupport Marketing ActivitiesLiaise with external creative services freelancers to initiate and execute projectsEvent coordination, set-up and wine pouring. Travel may be required.Proofread, write and edit copy for wine tech sheets, collateral, direct sales e-blasts, newsletters, and websitesManage wine sample orders for the department including PR submissionsAppropriately code invoices for Accounts Payable and appropriately code expenses in ConcurCreate marketing collateral for hospitality centersUpdate brand websites via Wordpress CMSCreate social media content and monitor social media performanceAct as Liaison to SalesLead semi-annual Sales POS catalog creation – coordinate materials across all brands, organize POS ordering, and manage timelines to deliver on timeDevelop, manage, and fulfill print, digital and in-hand point of sale materials to include, but not limited to fact sheets, wine club applications, newsletters, acclaim flyers, shelf talkers, coupons and cork pullers.Daily communication and coordination with sales team on POS, events, travelLoad and update sales portal (ffwsales.com) with bottle shots, WIS, label images, etc. to ensure content is currentManage coupon programs from start to finish and track resultsTrack acclaim across all brands and distribute to sales team monthlyIdentify and implement process and communication improvementsKnowledge, Skills & Other AbilitiesMust be at least 21 years of age4-year bachelor's degree preferredStrong analytic, strategic and creative skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and thrive in a demanding, constantly changing environment.Attention to detail a mustStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to deliver on multi-week projectsCreativity and creative problem solvingSelf-motivated with excellent interpersonal skillsSome travel requiredBasic understanding of financial accounting; comfortable with financial analysisProficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Company Core ValuesTeamwork – Be a Spirited PartnerCommitment – Crush Every DayQuality – Good vs. Grape: It's All in The DetailsIntegrity – It Takes a CommunitySafety – Tend the VinesEntrepreneurship – Love the Wine You're WithFun! - Smile!
