Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 per year (Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities)

What You'll Do
- Support the agency's sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage sales reports and performance tracking
- Coordinate sales contests and incentive programs
- Monitor marketing campaigns and measure results
- Assist with customer outreach and lead management
- Help organize community marketing events and promotions
- Maintain accurate records and reporting dashboards
- Work closely with the sales team to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
- Help create a positive customer experience while supporting agency growth
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Marketing, business, communications, or sales support experience preferred
