JOB TITLE – Marketing Coordinator
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES - Manages a wide range of marketing processes and projects while supporting teammates and cross functional teams while providing excellent customer service. This is a true marketing generalist position that supports the daily operations of the department, digital marketing and traditional marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Coordinating in production of a wide range of marketing communications. Developing and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, desktop publishing, rate cards, newsletters, brochures, and many other materials related to marketing.
· Assist with implementation of campaigns, digital/traditional advertising, promotional events, broad project work and other support as needed to achieve marketing and sales/recruitment goals
· Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications.
· Maintaining communication with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
· Assisting Graphic Designer in coordinating various integrated communication, marketing activities along with interfacing with counterparts and building up relationships with them at marketing suppliers.
· Writing and maintaining content, social media posts, landing pages, emails, website updates, etc. and working closely with marketing manager on campaigns.
· Implementing project management system for documenting and tracking activities. Support channel collaborates with collateral, sales training and best practices.
· Working with customers in developing case studies, references and testimonials. Executing and analyzing results of advertisement and marketing campaigns.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES – This position requires the following minimal requirements:
· Excellent Customer Service Skills both internally and externally
· Ability to respond to fast paced environment and be a team player
· Problem solving skills to overcome obstacles
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities under pressure and deadlines
· Ability to work well within a team environment and independently
· Basic Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office and Outlook
· Maintains certifications, education and development appropriate for position.
· Maintains working area and equipment in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
EDUCATION –Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or advertising required
EXPERIENCE –1-2 years of related experience required
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE – Hubspot Certification(s) preferred but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS –
· Exert up to 20lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10lbs. frequently and/or constantly.
· Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, standing, repetitive tasks/motions and stretching.
· Requires clarity of vision, eye-hand-foot coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
· Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
· Requires normal eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
· Requires dexterity to type.
