This role manages day-to-day marketing execution, maintains brand consistency across all touchpoints, coordinates with external marketing vendors and partners, and ensures seamless integration between various marketing initiatives and in-house needs. The Marketing Coordinator balances creative production with strategic coordination to support sales growth.What You'll DoMarketing Coordination & Vendor ManagementServe as primary internal contact for marketing vendors, partners, and service providersProvide vendors with product information, SKUs, pricing, sale dates, and promotional details needed for campaigns and creative projectsReview and approve all externally-produced marketing materials for brand consistency, accuracy, and complianceCoordinate timing and integration of external campaigns with in-house marketing activities and store operationsTrack project deliverables and ensure deadlines align with business needsParticipate in strategy sessions to align on goals, messaging, and campaign prioritiesMarketing Strategy & Brand LeadershipDevelop and maintain annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across all sales, training, and eventsMaintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials and channelsEnsure compliance with social media advertising policies related to firearms, ammunition, and accessoriesIdentify and pursue co-op advertising opportunities with manufacturer partnersTrack and shooting range, or outdoor recreation industriesProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom)Working knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management platformsExperience coordinating with external agencies, vendors, or contractorsFamiliar with firearm industry marketing regulations, advertising restrictions, and platform limitationsStrong copywriting, communication, and creative design skillsExcellent organization, project coordination, and time management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Premiere
