Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the department’s marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting the knowledge and wide spread of the company canvassing homes and neighborhoods within your team; attending the shows, fairs, and festivals to spread the knowledge of the business to accumulate leads for the company.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies. 

Responsibilities 

• Canvas and door knock to attempt to gain the lead for the company. 
• Create and implement scripts to better assist the homeowners questions when out canvassing and door knocking. 
• Track and report neighborhood success and lead generation. 
• Identify, research, and report on competitors.
• Collect and analyze data from homeowners at fairs, shows, and festivals. 

Qualifications

• GED/ Diploma. 
• Valid PA Drivers License. 
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
• Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques.
• Skilled in customer service and communication.
