Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the face of Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry within the community, helping to build brand awareness, strengthen referral relationships, and drive patient growth.


The Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with practice leadership to create meaningful connections throughout the community. This individual will coordinate and attend networking events, school programs, community activities, and referral partner visits while also supporting social media efforts and internal team engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is outgoing, relationship-focused, organized, and passionate about creating positive experiences that enhance the practice's reputation and growth.

Responsibilities:

Community Outreach & B2B Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, local businesses, schools, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
  • Conduct regular visits to referral sources and community partners to strengthen existing relationships and develop new opportunities.
  • Represent the practice at networking events, community functions, health fairs, school events, and other local activities.
  • Coordinate and execute referral-building initiatives, including doctor-to-doctor lunches, appreciation events, and educational programs.

Brand Awareness & Social Media

  • Assist with the development and execution of social media content to increase community engagement and promote practice services.
  • Coordinate photos, videos, patient success stories, and educational content for social media platforms.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand presence across community events, digital channels, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor engagement opportunities and identify new ways to increase brand visibility.

Event Planning & Team Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate internal team events, including holiday celebrations, team appreciation activities, kick-off meetings, and employee engagement events.
  • Organize and execute community outreach events, sponsorships, school programs, and patient appreciation events.
  • Partner with office leadership to ensure successful execution of both internal and external events.

Growth Support

  • Maintain a community outreach calendar and assist with execution of local marketing initiatives.
  • Track outreach efforts, referral activity, event participation, and other key performance metrics.
  • Monitor marketing expenses and assist with budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to identify opportunities to increase patient growth and community awareness.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in community outreach, business development, marketing, healthcare relations, event planning, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local community with the ability to identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships that support practice growth and community engagement.
  • Experience building professional relationships and conducting B2B outreach activities.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Strong communication, networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
  • Comfortable attending events, speaking with groups, and representing the practice.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience tracking data and conducting ROI analysis to understand the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Creative and possess excellent writing, graphic design, and social media skills.
