  • Coordinates assigned marketing activities (i.e. advertising, promotions, website and social media content, etc.), plans and executes marketing campaigns and events in order to accomplish set goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop marketing content materials in print, digital and web formats.
  • Responsible for developing targeted marketing strategies to effectively deliver marketing messages that promote and showcase the client and its programs.
  • Monitor and oversee client communications and the development, production and dissemination of marketing collateral to clients.
  • Assist in identifying publicity opportunities through appropriate channels (i.e. UA communications, Daily Wildcat, colleges and unit newsletters, etc.).
  • Coordinate communication efforts with various media outlets when appropriate.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing effort or campaign, and use data to develop actions to improve future marketing campaign performance.
  • Consult with clients to help identify strategies to raise brand awareness, develop business opportunities and generate revenue.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of marketing principles, industry practices, techniques and standards.
  • Knowledge in Mac-based software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, and Acrobat.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office software such as PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in digital and print production knowledge, including processing and editing using digital editing systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
